NCCDA Poetry & Poster Contest

53rd Annual Poetry & Poster Contest
November is National Career Development Month

The National Career Development Association is hosting the 53rd Annual Poetry & Poster Contest in celebration of National Career Development Month in November.  Every adult and student enrolled in public, private, and parochial schools are eligible. During the month of November, schools from across the state hold local, school, and district wide contests to celebrate National Career Development Month.

Local winning entries in poetry, original art, and mixed media art are sent to the State Contest, hosted by the North Carolina Career Development Association.  State winners move on to the National Contest.  North Carolina has had many national winners in the past.  We hope to have even more this year.

The theme for this year’s contest is Using Career to Break Barriers, Empower Lives & Achieve Equity.  Click here for the 2018 Entry Form and Details. We are looking forward to receiving entries for the contest from your school.  For additional information, resources, and ideas on how to celebrate National Career Development Month, please click here for more NCDA contest details.
