Proposed Changes to LPC Act (PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD OPEN)

Several changes to the North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor administrative rules that govern Article 24 Licensed Professional Counselors Act are being proposed.

A public hearing was held on Friday, Dec. 6, 2013 at 10:00AM at the Wingate Inn in Garner, NC.  Dr. Jack Culbreth attended this hearing on behalf of NCCA.

The public comment period runs until January 14, 2014.  I encourage you to review ALL the proposed changes (see below for summary of proposed changes) and direct all questions and concerns to:
